Job Description

Are you passionate about fashion and looking for an exciting opportunity in luxury retail? Marfa Stance is seeking enthusiastic and experienced luxury Retail and Styling Associates to join our team in Aspen, CO for a 1 year pop up store opening this Fall (Mid-November 2025.)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
• Utilize your retail and styling expertise to assist customers in selecting the perfect pieces and making it modular.
• Share your knowledge of luxury brands and sustainable fashion with our clientele.
• Maintain the visual aesthetics of the shop to reflect the luxury standards of Marfa Stance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold the brand’s reputation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail and styling, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Enthusiasm for fashion design and sustainable fashion practices.
• Ability to work weekends and weekdays.
• Knowledge of luxury brands and the ability to communicate their value to customers.
• Experience of personal shopping and direct client selling is advantageous.
