Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to generate insights that support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to present findings in a clear and actionable way.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and product teams to understand data needs.
• Use statistical techniques to analyze results and support business decisions.
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Document analysis processes and maintain data dictionaries where needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).
• Understanding of statistics, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts.
• Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
