Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As the Senior Accountant, you'll be the financial backbone for your assigned facilities, managing crucial accounting functions and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing accounting functions including month-end journal entries, financial statement reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Managing deadlines by ensuring all financial and statutory reporting is submitted on time.
• Leading a team by providing daily supervision, training, and review for assigned staff accountants.
• Acting as a liaison between facilities and management to resolve accounting issues.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor\'s degree in accounting.
• At least 2 years of general ledger accounting experience, with a focus on month-end close. Experience in multi-site healthcare is a plus.
• A proven ability to meet financial and statutory reporting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel for tasks like journal entries, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• An organized, self-motivated professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
