This Delivery Driver opportunity delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador. If you enjoy being out on the open road and serving customers face to face, this role is for you. This position is suitable for someone who wants to build a career as a Driver, explore other roles at NAPA, or earn extra income.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering parts to our customers with a passion for developing relationships
• Picks up parts from vendors, ensures stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintains inventory
• Stay focused on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador when meeting customers during deliveries
• Build long-term relationships with customers you deliver to
• Maintain the delivery truck by following safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., correct tire pressure)
• Other duties as needed

What you'll need

• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) with stool or ladder when necessary; stamina to stand and walk during the shift; lift up to 60 lbs
• Able to handle cash transactions correctly and process returns
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Flexibility with schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
