ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as a receptionist is to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, and to provide a range of administrative services.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages.
  • Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
  • Maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
