Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree required
2. 5+ years working in Marketing with a focus on promotional strategy and execution
3. Strategic mind-set, with experience in developing business strategies in complex and dynamic business environments
4. 3+ years in consumer-packaged goods marketing, digital marketing, or retail marketing preferred
5. Experience leading a team in a matrixed organization
6. Experience contributing to the retail planning process
7. Excellent project management skills
8. Strong customer focus and relationship orientation
9. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
10. Regional and national travel required

Preferred Qualifications

1. Comfortable with analytics and strong business acumen
2. Strong understanding of retail marketing
3. Ability to pivot priorities quickly and effectively as needed
4. Experience developing all aspects of marketing eco-system
5. Proven mastery of product launch protocol
6. Experience with media buying and budget management
7. Results-driven, with flexible demeanor with willingness to advance multiple discussions and workstreams in parallel
