We're seeking a passionate General Cardiologist to join our tight-knit team, delivering exceptional care in a supportive environment. • Deliver comprehensive noninvasive cardiology with the flexibility to explore subspecialty passions.
• Work alongside 5 skilled physicians and 2 nurse practitioners in a collaborative, patient-first setting.
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, crafted for productivity and balance.
• Locations : Practice at two state-of-the-art outpatient clinics, conveniently located 5-10 minutes from our partner hospital.
• Call : Participate in a shared call rotation, designed to maintain work-life harmony.
• Clinic Advantages :
  • Utilize NextGen EMR and advanced diagnostics, including ECG, echo, stress testing, nuclear stress testing, holter monitoring, vascular studies, and Pacer/ICD clinic. PET/CT will be introduced in early 2026.
  • Be part of our 2026 ASC expansion, opening doors for procedural growth.
• Hospital Partnership : Collaborate with a 210-bed Level III Trauma Center, renowned for its comprehensive cardiac services, including interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, advanced heart failure care, open-heart surgery, and cardiac rehabilitation.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary :
  • Fellow: $450,000-$500,000.
  • Practicing Physician: $500,000-$525,000.
• Productivity Bonus : wRVU bonus
• Partnership Opportunity : After 3 years, qualify for partnership, including:
  • Profit Interest Units in the organization with an enhanced wRVU rate.
