Launch a New Era in Cardiology
Our private cardiology practice, with over 25 years of excellence, is opening a new office in Q1-Q2 2026 and seeks a General Cardiologist to join this exciting venture. Be part of a growing team delivering exceptional cardiovascular care in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. Ideal start date is after March 2026, with the option to work at a nearby clinic until the new office opens. Your Role
  • Provide general noninvasive cardiology care, with opportunities to develop subspecialty interests.
  • Work with 15 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers in a collaborative, forward-thinking practice.
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-3:30 PM for patient care, with 1.5 hours daily for administrative tasks. High-volume physicians can opt for additional hours to increase earnings.
  • Call : Q7 call schedule with no overnights, including weekend hospital coverage (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Saturday/Sunday) approximately once every two months.
  • Locations : Primarily based in the new office, with some coverage at a secondary clinic (25 minutes apart).
Practice Advantages
  • Operate in a modern clinic with NextGen EMR and advanced ancillary services, including ECG, echo, stress testing, nuclear stress testing, holter monitoring, vascular studies, Pacer/ICD clinic, imaging, and PET/CT.
  • Contribute to future growth with plans for an ASC/OBL expansion.
Compensation Package
  • Base Salary : $400,000-$450,000 Base
  • Productivity Bonus : wRVU bonus above 9,750
  • Partnership Track : After 3 years, eligibility for partnership with profit-sharing, vesting in practice investment units (5-year vesting), and option to purchase additional shares.
  • Signing Bonus : $50,000
  • Additional Perks : Negotiable educational stipend, student loan assistance, and malpractice insurance (claims-made policy).
  • CME : $3,000 annually, 5 days, plus employer-paid licenses, DEA, and professional memberships.
