Warehouse Manager – Global Distribution Center

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Global Distribution Center. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant movement of goods across our network—while keeping customer satisfaction and performance standards at the forefront.
As the second most senior leader in the Distribution Center, you’ll guide a diverse team, collaborate across departments, and continuously improve processes that drive success. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact while building long-term strategies that shape the future of our distribution operations.
What You’ll Do · Lead and inspire a team of ~25 professionals (both exempt and hourly), fostering collaboration, engagement, and growth while ensuring goals and objectives are achieved. · Partner with internal teams, distributors, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods worldwide. · Develop and maintain KPIs, SOPs, and controls to keep our warehouse running at optimal performance—while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. · Conduct regular compliance audits and implement improvements to strengthen processes. · Analyze and report monthly metrics, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. · Play a key role in evaluating carriers to ensure competitive performance and cost efficiency. · Collaborate with the Global Trade Compliance team on training, process updates, and strategies that reduce costs for freight, duty, and logistics services. · Oversee order fulfillment within the Global Distribution Center, ensuring inventory accuracy, stock availability, and on-time delivery.
What We’re Looking For · Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of leadership experience (warehouse/distribution preferred). · Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation laws. · Experience with SAP or another ERP system. · Proven track record in performance improvement and process optimization. · Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. · Experience with DOT/IATA compliance. · A proactive, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
