About the Job

We’re seeking a

Warehouse Manager

to take full ownership of the Las Vegas facility, ensuring efficient operations, including accurate inventory and returns processing.

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Manager will lead

all daily operations

at the Las Vegas facility, including receiving, storage (put away), picking/packing, shipping, safety, labor management, and system accuracy. This is a

hands-on leadership role

— you’ll manage a team on the floor, drive accountability to KPIs, and implement best practices for e-commerce and distribution/retail fulfillment. You’ll also work closely with the Operations Manager and Supply Chain Manager to ensure alignment and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Receiving Oversee unloading, receiving, and putaway of inbound shipments. Verify receipts against POs; ensure compliance with quality and documentation standards.

Inventory Management Maintain cycle count accuracy through disciplined processes. Enforce WMS/ERP workflows for receiving, bin moves, and inventory adjustments. Identify and resolve root causes of variances.

Order Fulfillment Manage picking, packing, and shipping operations for all orders. Ensure order accuracy and on-time shipment SLA compliance. Monitor carrier pickups and resolve delivery exceptions.

People & Leadership Lead, train, and schedule warehouse associates. Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Partner with HR on hiring, retention, and performance management.

Process & Continuous Improvement Implement & maintain SOPs for receiving, fulfillment, returns, and inventory control. Track KPIs daily/weekly; run shift huddles and performance reviews. Identify efficiency gains in labor, space utilization, and throughput.

Health & Safety Enforce OSHA and company safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

What We’re Looking For

Required 3–5 years warehouse leadership experience (preferably in DTC/e-commerce + Distribution fulfillment). Proven success managing

receiving, inventory, and outbound shipping

. Hands-on leader, comfortable working on the floor as needed. Strong WMS/ERP knowledge (NetSuite, ShipHero, or similar). Experience managing and motivating warehouse associates.

Preferred Lean/Kaizen background in warehouse process improvements. Spanish is a plus.
