As a senior team member, you’ll act as the main point of contact for a diverse client base—guiding them through onboarding, handling ongoing service needs, and working closely with advisors, operations, and compliance teams.

*To succeed, you should have:*
* 3+ years of experience in the wealth management industry or a related financial services field, with exposure to client service, account operations, or support involving brokerage and investment accounts. * Familiarity with retirement planning concepts such as RMDs, IRAs, and 401(k) rollovers * Experience managing account transfers and handling client service requests * Excellent verbal/written communication with solid phone and office etiquette * Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple deadlines * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based research * Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, follow-through, and relationship-building * Knowledge of compliance protocols and financial regulations
*Your responsibilities as the Senior Client Service Representative:*
* Serve as a trusted point of contact for client needs and life events * Support day-to-day client requests in collaboration with the Operations Team, including funding, RMDs, gifting, and online access * Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding and new business processing to ongoing maintenance. * Lead the onboarding process, ensuring seamless account setup and integration into firm platforms. * Anticipate and prepare for key client milestones, supporting advisors in delivering proactive service. * Coordinate client meetings from scheduling to preparation and follow-up, ensuring a quality experience. * Utilize deep level of knowledge to resolve service-related matters for client accounts. * Uphold compliance standards by adhering to firm policies and regulatory requirements. * Build strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and reliable follow-through.
