Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our support team. This role is responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing product and service information, handling requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in a technical service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from clients regarding services, products, and account information.

Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Assist clients with troubleshooting basic service-related issues and escalate complex cases to technical support.

Manage customer accounts by updating contact information, billing records, and service requests in the system.

Process service orders, track project updates, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.

Collaborate with internal teams—including technicians, project managers, and sales staff—to resolve customer needs.

Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve service processes.

Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in customer service, call center, or client support role (experience in building controls, HVAC, or related industries a plus).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
