We're looking for an

Office Manager

who can keep our office running smoothly while supporting accounting, HR, and operations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who loves organization, problem-solving, and helping a team succeed.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, vendors, IT coordination).

Manage basic accounting functions: A/R, A/P, and purchasing.

Support HR and safety programs when needed.

Supervise and support the receptionist/administrative staff.

Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of office management or similar experience.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks a plus.

Positive, team-oriented attitude.

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
