Location: Alpharetta, GA | Fully Onsite | Full-time

We're looking for an Office Manager who can keep our office running smoothly while supporting accounting, HR, and operations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who loves organization, problem-solving, and helping a team succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, vendors, IT coordination).
  • Manage basic accounting functions: A/R, A/P, and purchasing.
  • Support HR and safety programs when needed.
  • Supervise and support the receptionist/administrative staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative tasks.

What We\'re Looking For

  • 2+ years of office management or similar experience.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks a plus.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • High school diploma required; associate\'s or bachelor\'s preferred.
