We're looking for an Office Manager who can keep our office running smoothly while supporting accounting, HR, and operations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who loves organization, problem-solving, and helping a team succeed.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day office operations (supplies, vendors, IT coordination).
- Manage basic accounting functions: A/R, A/P, and purchasing.
- Support HR and safety programs when needed.
- Supervise and support the receptionist/administrative staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
What We\'re Looking For
- 2+ years of office management or similar experience.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks a plus.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma required; associate\'s or bachelor\'s preferred.
