Position Title: Breakfast Attendant Location: Hampton inn Reports To: General Manager
Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and guest-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, serving, and maintaining the hotel’s breakfast service while ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe dining environment for our guests. This role is essential to delivering excellent guest satisfaction and supporting our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, stock, and maintain the daily breakfast buffet.
Prepare and replenish food and beverages throughout service hours.
Greet guests and respond to questions or special requests courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, kitchen, and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Monitor inventory and notify management of shortages.
Assist with washing dishes, utensils, and restocking supplies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
