Buyer
to join our team and help drive procurement excellence across a diverse range of categories including displays, apparel, barware, and more.
Position Summary The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods to support our inventory needs and growth objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, supplier management experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product development, logistics, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage purchasing activities aligned with bi-annual forecasting and distribution schedules Maintain accurate and detailed inventory reports, including inbound status, pricing, and stock levels Analyze inventory movement and sales feedback to recommend product continuation, discontinuation, or expansion Source and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and consistent quality Ensure item catalog accuracy across internal documentation, ERP systems, and warehouse records
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in a buying or planning role Proven experience managing supplier relationships, including international partners (Asia preferred) Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus) Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 Structure: Onsite
