The purpose of this class is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned College division or function. Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in Advancement Services and/or Donor Relations. Experience with Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, or other fundraising software. Master's degree preferred. Knowledge of legal codes and ability to interpret IRS rulings related to charitable contributions and fundraising. Valid driver's license in good standing with fewer than five violation points. For best consideration, please apply by July 24, 2025. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and supervision of the assigned College division or function. Develop and implement goals and objectives in coordination with senior management. Implement operational and service strategies. Evaluate policies and procedures for consistency. Supervise, advise, and evaluate staff as needed. Prepare and analyze reports on various subjects. Serve as liaison with College departments, vendors, government agencies, and external organizations. Manage the operating budget for the division or function. Additional duties include overseeing the administration of the College's Advancement Services office, supporting financial processes, special events, prospect management, donor recognition, stewardship, and related activities, including development research, database management, donor history, and financial reporting. Direct staff in gift receipt timeliness and accuracy, act as liaison to the Foundation, manage endowment tracking, support fundraising activities, facilitate database training, develop gift reports, manage donor records, and coordinate with College Communications and audit processes.
