• Review and approve invoices and purchase orders to maintain compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage bids, address corrective actions, and monitor customer feedback.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and bill of materials for project planning and execution.
• Provide accurate estimates for material requirements to support project needs.
• Maintain vendor profiles and relationships to ensure consistent quality and service.
