Responsible for leading multiple design teams in the design and production of construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permitting multi-family development projects. This position is a unique opportunity to be a part of an “In-House” Engineering Department for a development firm. BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
~ 5-7 years of advanced experience in designing and producing construction plans, specifically site grading, stormwater management, and utility plans
~ Leading the design of Civil Site Projects
~ Developing grading plans, utilities, hydrology and hydraulics, and roadway design
~ Understanding of Site Grading, Storm Drainage, Stormwater Design, and Erosion/Sediment principles
~ Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d, Hydraflow/ICPR (or comparable), WaterCAD, Bluebeam
~ MS Office and Smartsheets
~ Experience managing project timelines, compliance with local regulations, and construction administration services
