What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
- Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
- Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon-sponsored events.
Compensation
We’re hiring immediately. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus up to $16,000 per year in individual-based commissions if sales goals are met. Top performers could earn additional commissions for a total of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll Need To Have
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a schedule provided four weeks in advance
- Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience in a commission-based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience solving customer needs
- Customer service experience
