Job Title: Senior Construction Foreman

Contract Duration: September 2025 – March 2026

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Foreman for a six-month healthcare construction project in Bluffton, SC. This position will oversee daily job site operations, manage crews of 3–10 workers, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The Senior Foreman will also perform hands-on tasks, so candidates must be comfortable working alongside the crew while providing leadership and direction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of 3–10 workers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule.
• Perform construction tasks as needed while delegating responsibilities.
• Monitor jobsite safety and enforce OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Track tools, materials, and equipment on site.

Requirements

• Experience as a Foreman in commercial construction (healthcare project experience ).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Must have own power tools and be proficient in using them.
• Ability to work hands-on while managing and directing others.
• Knowledge of job site safety; OSHA certification .
