Incite Tax is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our team and drive growth through SEO, email, and social media campaigns. This role includes oversight of strategy, budgeting, and team development. Candidates should have 3+ years of digital marketing experience and a strong track record of leadership.

The Opportunity

  • Plan, optimize, and execute SEO, email, and social media campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
  • Oversee and manage daily marketing operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and on‑time delivery.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets; ensure campaigns stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members: foster strong talent, accountability, and ownership.
  • Maintain, enhance, and report on digital KPIs (e.g. social reach growth, new client acquisition, campaign performance).
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales, ops, and other teams to optimize campaigns and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, involving SEO, social media, email marketing.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience (leading, mentoring, supervising).
  • Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e.g. Salesforce or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns / projects.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • $70,000–$85,000
  • Hybrid flexibility: Remote + Draper, UT | Lindon, UT
