Overview
Incite Tax is looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager with hands-on experience leading marketing teams and running successful digital campaigns. This role will focus on SEO strategy, email marketing, and social media, while managing team development, campaign planning, and project budgets. We’re seeking someone with 3+ years of digital marketing experience and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Salary
$70,000-$85,000 DOE
Responsibilities
- Plan, optimize, and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, and social media
- Manage daily marketing operations and ensure campaigns meet deadlines and quality standards
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Mentor and develop marketing team members; foster a culture of ownership and accountability
- Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, including social reach and client acquisition metrics
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to optimize campaigns and drive business growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience (including SEO, social media, and email marketing)
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Strong organizational skills; capable of managing multiple projects and campaigns
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
