The Vice President of Research & Development will lead all engineering and product development activities. The VP will oversee multidisciplinary teams across software, systems, embedded, algorithms, and reliability engineering while representing the company externally.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (software, embedded, algorithms, systems, V&V).
Translate advanced data science/vision technologies into workflow-integrated products.
Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial leadership.
Serve as a technical leader with customers, partners, and investors.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related field
~15+ years progressive R&D leadership in medtech, imaging, or surgical device fields.
~ Strong knowledge of design controls and medical device development lifecycles.
