Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: Our client is looking to hire 1st shift and 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians. These are direct-hire opportunities with a growing organization. Responsible for maintenance and repair of various industrial manufacturing equipment. Please see below for additional information. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various industrial production manufacturing equipment Perform preventive maintenance on robotics, drive motors, conveyors, pumps, and lifts Install, dismantle, reassemble, and move machinery as needed Attend team meetings including Safety Committee and shift meetings Promote and uphold safety protocols across the facility Communicate effectively with Maintenance Coordinator regarding tasks and safety issues Job Requirements: 2+years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical PLC schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs Strong Electrical troubleshooting skills; (motors, sensors, PLC's. 3-Phase 480V systems, control panels) Proficient with Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC systems Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Working knowledge of safety and OSHA standards in an industrial environment Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Basic computer skills for work order entry and maintenance logs Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work 12hr shifts plus overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, platform work and stand for long periods Shift:
