Job Description

Manage daily on-site operations for construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews to meet project timelines. Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project managers and stakeholders. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment. Address and resolve construction-related issues to minimize delays. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and schedules. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project milestones.
