Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations on multifamily construction sites, managing crews and subcontractors. Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Monitor adherence to construction plans, codes, and company procedures. Provide updates and reports on project progress to leadership.
