Customer Service Representative

Maintaining direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale to provide exceptional service and support. Supporting the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that can significantly impact service and product revenue. Working with various departments to achieve maintenance services sales goals. Collaborating with customers and distributors to accurately document equipment failures and providing reports to management. Responding to customer inquiries related to product literature, pricing schedules, RMAs, order status, and delivery timelines. Influencing production and shipping schedules and recommending price changes based on customer relationships and market conditions. Resolving production scheduling, shipping, and invoicing issues while identifying additional business opportunities. Qualifications:
Degree required. Must have exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, distributors, and internal teams. Must be highly proficient in multitasking, managing multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and resolve customer issues independently. Must be computer literate and proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation. Must have the ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or process improvements. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
