Join a global financial services firm headquartered in NYC, with locations in London, Madrid, Abu Dhabi, and Geneva. Their NYC location is near Grand Central in Midtown Manhattan. Job Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries. Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking in a timely manner. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents. Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Assist with special projects, events, and other administrative tasks as needed. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling and logistical challenges. 5+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally supporting senior leadership in financial services or a similar fast-paced industry. Proven track record managing international and domestic travel arrangements. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with technology and new tools. What's on Offer
