Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000+ annually, plus full benefits and performance bonus
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects. This is a key leadership role with clear advancement opportunities into Project Executive for the right individual. We are also open to considering experienced Project Managers who are ready to step up into a Senior Project Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with OSHPD/HCAI requirements
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources while maintaining high quality and compliance standards
- Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee and mentor project teams including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues to maintain smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to drive business goals, project strategy, and future growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive project management experience with a General Contractor
- Demonstrated success managing OSHPD/HCAI regulated healthcare projects
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
- Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
