healthcare food service executive
who thrives in a union environment and is passionate about operational excellence, innovation, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations for food and nutrition services, including
retail dining, patient meal services, and catering operations . Ensure the highest quality of food, nutrition, and hospitality services across the 609-bed hospital. Develop and execute
strategic plans
that align with client goals and hospital standards. Manage budgets, financial targets, and cost-control initiatives. Build and maintain strong
client and customer relationships , including executive-level (C-suite) engagement. Ensure
regulatory compliance
and maintain strict standards for HACCP and food safety. Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers and frontline staff. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
or equivalent experience (required). 5+ years of management experience
in food and nutrition services, ideally in a
healthcare environment . Demonstrated success in
union management and labor relations . Strong
financial acumen
with a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals. Excellent
leadership, team-building, and communication skills
with the ability to influence at all levels. Proficiency with
Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and operational systems . Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a
