The
Learning & Development (L&D) Manager
will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that support employee growth, operational excellence, and organizational success. The L&D Manager will play a key role in the upcoming SAP S4/HANA implementation by leading end-user training, facilitating change management, and supporting system adoption across all shifts. In addition, this role will oversee training content development (SOPs, work instructions, e-learning modules), manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and partner with leadership to build workforce development programs.

Minimum Requirements: Teaching or training experience with strong technical writing skills (SOPs, curriculum, content development). Background in a manufacturing or operations environment, with the ability to thrive in a hands-on setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to engage employees at all levels. Willingness to work fully onsite in a plant environment and flex across shifts as needed (primarily day shift, occasional 2nd/3rd shift for training rollouts).
Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher. Prior experience in food or dairy manufacturing. SAP/ERP training or project support experience. Familiarity with ADKAR or other change management frameworks.
