We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing who thrives in environments of change and growth. This leader will oversee internal and external manufacturing operations for the business unit, delivering on the BU’s P&L while driving innovation, transformation, and operational excellence. The Director of Manufacturing sets the vision, strategies, and expectations across plants—prioritizing safety, quality, culture, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Lead with vision:

Develop annual and long-term manufacturing strategies and capability plans that anticipate change—covering human capital, capital investments, and process innovation. Drive operational excellence:

Oversee safety, operations, maintenance, quality, and distribution while ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards. Elevate performance:

Manage key metrics and KPIs, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities, eliminate losses, and accelerate results. Grow talent:

Build future-ready teams by coaching, developing, and holding accountability across a complex, matrixed organization. Transform operations:

Partner with Planning & Procurement to optimize network-wide materials management and drive agile responses to shifting needs. Champion continuous improvement:

Standardize best practices and embed a culture of curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving. Inspire change:

Lead with courage, resilience, and adaptability while fostering inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship. Qualifications 8–10 years of operations experience in manufacturing, with proven success leading transformation in Plant Manager or equivalent roles. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Engineering or Technology preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives, culture shifts, and innovation projects. Strong background in process optimization, production planning, and P&L management. Experience in technical services, engineering leadership, capital projects, or transformation program management. Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and creating alignment across diverse teams. Proven ability to foster inclusion and advance organizational culture. Required Skills Strong leadership and influencing skills; able to align cross-functional and multi-business unit initiatives. Exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire at all levels of the organization. Growth mindset with proven ability to turn challenges into opportunities for innovation. Continuous improvement expertise—skilled in data analytics, loss elimination, and process transformation. Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and its connection to manufacturing excellence.
