We are looking for a motivated professional with a
minimum of 3 years estimating experience in commercial painting and/or wallcovering
who can accurately prepare bids, manage deadlines, and contribute to our continued success. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and bid documents Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial painting and wallcovering projects Perform material take-offs and calculate labor, material, and equipment costs Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure competitive and profitable bids Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, vendors, and suppliers Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walk-throughs as required Track bid results and assist with project turnover to operations team Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial painting and/or wallcovering estimating experience (required) Strong knowledge of industry practices, materials, and installation methods Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications Experience with estimating software such as Planswift, OST, etc and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Gianarelli, Inc.?
