About the Role The ideal candidate is an experienced trainer with a SaaS background, ready to help build a Customer and Partner Enablement team from the ground up. You should be comfortable delivering via multiple methods, including remote and in-person workshops. This role offers the opportunity to deliver great learning experiences to our Partners and help shape processes and systems to scale as the team and offerings grow. You should be passionate about training, flexible, and creative. As a Partner Enablement Manager you’ll equip Ironclad’s partner ecosystem with knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver value to customers. The role requires an enablement professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about empowering partners to succeed. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality learning experiences for a range of audiences. Lead virtual and onsite enablement sessions covering the Ironclad product suite, engaging Partners and driving knowledge retention. Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and Partners to align enablement with company objectives. Bridge between partners and internal teams, sharing feedback to improve the partner experience. Iterate and expand partner training bootcamps and ongoing enablement motions. Become an expert on the Ironclad product to answer advanced product questions. Represent Ironclad at in-person events, including travel as needed. Develop, deliver, and maintain curriculum, systems, and assessments powering Partner Bootcamp experiences and the Partner Academy, aligned with product offerings and go-to-market strategies. Track attendance, assessment results, and certification completions. Provide capacity to deliver customer-facing training as needed to gain exposure to customer needs. Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in training or enablement roles. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person settings. Tech-savvy, analytical, and able to communicate complex business software processes effectively. Experience developing and updating content. Excellent project management skills with the ability to self-manage under tight deadlines. Self-starter and quick learner with strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with digital contracting, SaaS solutions, or enterprise software. Willingness to travel for in-person events and training sessions up to 30%. Benefits

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors including proficiency, anticipated performance, and candidate location. Ironclad’s total rewards package includes equity awards, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Compensation Range: $120K - $140K
