The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced trainer with a SaaS background, who is ready to be part of building a Customer and Partner Enablement team from the ground up at a high-growth company. You should be confident in a variety of delivery methods - including remote delivery and live in-person workshops. As a member of this team, this is an opportunity not just to deliver great learning experiences to our Partners, but to help shape the processes and systems we need to scale as we grow the team and our offerings. You should be passionate about driving great training experiences, flexible, and creative. As a Partner Enablement Manager you’ll help equip Ironclad’s partner ecosystem with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to effectively deliver value to customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced enablement professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about empowering partners to succeed. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality learning experiences for a range of audiences. Lead virtual and live onsite enablement sessions covering the full Ironclad product suite, fostering engagement and knowledge retention with our Partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, and Partners to align enablement efforts with broader company objectives. Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams, sharing feedback and insights to enhance the partner experience. Help iterate, expand, and improve partner training bootcamps and ongoing partner enablement motions Become an expert on the Ironclad product, so customers can rely on you to answer advanced product questions. Represent Ironclad at in-person events, including travel as needed to support these initiatives. Help develop, deliver, and maintain curriculum, systems, and assessments that power our Partner Bootcamp experiences and our growing virtual Partner Academy, ensuring alignment with Ironclad’s product offerings and go-to-market strategies. Track attendance, assessment results, and certification completions. Provide ‘as needed’ capacity to deliver customer-facing training, based on bandwidth and to gain ongoing exposure to customer needs Requirements

5+ years proven experience in training or enablement related roles. Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage audiences in both virtual and in-person settings. Tech savvy, analytical, and being able to communicate complex business software processes effectively. Experience developing and updating content. Excellent project management skills and ability to self-manage with autonomy under tight deadlines. Self-starter and quick learner. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with digital contracting, SaaS solutions, or enterprise software is necessary. Willingness to travel for in-person events and training sessions (up to 30%). Benefits
