Talent Acquisition Partner - Temporary Contract Location: Spencerville, OH; Cleveland, OH; Ashland, OH (locations listed in original description). This is a temporary contract role through February 2026 with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The role will be hybrid and can be located near Ashland, Spencerville or Cleveland.

Job Summary In the Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will contribute to improving global health by providing recruiting support for our client sites and division leadership. You will staff sites with quality individuals to support the health and well-being of the species in our facilities and the integrity of the research. You will partner with other TA Partners to collaborate, share effective practices and provide additional support where needed. Responsibilities

Manage recruiting and staffing processes and best practices for the business. Utilize cost‑effective sourcing strategies (internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking, cold calling, diversity initiatives, employee referral programs, college/university recruiting and job fairs) to source and attract top talent. Pre-screen candidates and recommend to the hiring manager based on position requirements and job competencies, providing reasoning for advancing candidates. Effectively utilize the applicant tracking system to manage and track postings and recruitment activity; ensure process compliance and support future staffing initiatives. Establish credibility and positive relationships with hiring managers and senior management to stay informed on hiring processes. Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand business needs, assist with job descriptions, forecast talent acquisition needs and develop proactive candidate pipeline strategies. Create and maintain relationships with candidates to keep the pipeline open for future positions. Job Qualifications

B.S. in Human Resources or Life Sciences preferred; SHRM certification preferred. 3–5 years’ related recruiting experience; 1–2 years of scientific staffing is desired. Proficient in using IT staffing tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to work with all levels of executives and management, with strong interviewing and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of interpersonal skills. Compensation Data The pay range for this position is $35-$42/hr. Salaries vary within the range based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
