Overview
Talent Acquisition Partner - Temporary Contract. This is a temporary contract role until February 2026 with the possibility to be extended based on business needs. The role is hybrid and can be located near Ashland, Spencerville or Cleveland. Job Summary In the Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will provide recruiting support for client sites and division leadership, staffing sites with quality individuals to support health and well-being and the integrity of research. You will partner with other TA Partners to collaborate, share best practices, and provide additional support where needed. Responsibilities
Manage recruiting and staffing processes and best practices for the business. Utilize various cost-effective sourcing strategies to source and attract top talent, including internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking, cold calling, diversity/inclusiveness initiatives, employee referral programs, college/university recruiting and job fairs. Pre-screen candidates, recommend candidates to hiring managers based on position requirements and job competencies, and provide reasoning for advancing candidates. Effectively utilize the applicant tracking system to manage and track job postings and recruitment activity, ensure process compliance, and support future staffing initiatives. Establish credibility and professional relationships with hiring managers and senior management to stay abreast of hiring needs. Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand business needs, assist with job descriptions, forecast talent needs and develop proactive candidate pipeline strategy. Create and maintain relationships with candidates to keep the pipeline open for future positions. Job Qualifications
B.S. in Human Resources or Life Sciences preferred; SHRM certification preferred. 3-5 years’ related recruiting experience; 1-2 years of scientific staffing is desired. Proficient in IT staffing tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-motivated with ability to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with all levels of executives and management, with strong interviewing and closing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of interpersonal skills. The pay range for this position is $35-$42/hr. Salaries vary within the range based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. About Safety Assessment
