The Role As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the service. This includes compliance with the National Quality Framework, fostering a strong team culture, ensuring best practice in curriculum delivery, and building strong partnerships with families and the local community. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality early learning experiences. Ensure full compliance with NQF, NQS and relevant legislation. Oversee centre operations including staffing, enrolments, budgeting, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards in educational programming. Create a warm, inclusive environment that supports the wellbeing of children and staff. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved). Demonstrated leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting. Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and quality improvement practices. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
