Experience may include any combination of the following: business analysis, process improvement/redesign, organizational development, corporate/strategic planning, business systems analysis, business development, change management, project/program management or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above. * **Required Skills and Abilities: ** Ability to build and maintain customer-centric relationships to drive business objective and organizational value.
