Kelly Engineering is seeking a
Supply Chain Program Manager
to support a leading medical device client in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will lead supplier onboarding, tooling qualification, and build-to-print supplier projects across U.S. and Asia-based partners.
You’ll be the driver ensuring projects hit timelines, budgets, and quality expectations in a regulated environment. If you’ve led cross-functional supply chain projects and thrive in high-tech or medical device industries, this role will give you a chance to make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do Lead tooling qualification and supplier transition projects. Coordinate with suppliers in the U.S. and Asia. Define scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Partner with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to drive alignment. Manage project documentation and keep stakeholders informed.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related). 3+ years of project/program management experience. Strong background in supply chain; medical device industry experience highly preferred. Excellent time management, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with project management tools such as Miro or other relevant platforms.
