S. operations, we are building a robust supply chain hub in the Minneapolis area, close to our logistics, distribution, and manufacturing partners. We are seeking a proven supply chain leader who thrives in a global, fast-paced, and regulated environment.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee all U.S. supply chain activities, with a strong emphasis on global supplier management and international logistics.

This role is responsible for purchasing, inventory management, supplier coordination, contract manufacturing support, logistics, and demand planning—ensuring that ENvue’s U.S. operations run efficiently and reliably.

The Supply Chain Manager will serve as a critical link between our U.S. team and global partners, working closely with operations, finance, sales, and our Israel-based R&D and NPI teams.

S. supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and vendor management. Manage global supply flows, coordinating with international suppliers, overseas contract manufacturers, and freight partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Oversee finished goods and component inventory, balancing availability with cost efficiency. Place and track purchase orders with contract manufacturers, extrusion partners, packaging vendors, and logistics providers. Maintain accurate ERP data (Priority or equivalent), including lead times, part numbers, and order status. Partner with QA/RA to ensure suppliers comply with regulatory, quality, and traceability requirements (FDA, ISO 13485). Support production planning, demand forecasting, and alignment with U.S. commercial leadership. Monitor and report KPIs, including inventory turns, supplier performance, fill rate, and cost optimization. Ensure compliance with medical device shipping requirements, including UDI, labeling, and customs.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. ~5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a medical device or regulated industry. ~ Demonstrated experience working with international suppliers and global supply chain operations. ~ Proven success managing contract manufacturers and medical-grade component suppliers. ~ Strong command of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics processes. ~ Knowledge of FDA and ISO 13485 supply chain and documentation requirements. ~ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; ability to drive decisions with data. ~ Full-time, on-site availability in Minneapolis, MN.

Experience with Class II medical devices, disposables, or capital systems. Knowledge of international import/export regulations and customs compliance. Familiarity with medical device warehousing, distribution, and kitting.
