Manufacturing Engineer

$140,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr This range is provided by Adecco. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Implement and manage automation projects to increase productivity and reduce operational costs Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, facility layout, and space utilization Create and maintain clear, up-to-date manufacturing instructions and documentation Design and develop tooling and fixtures to support consistent, scalable production Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement and lean initiatives Identify and resolve production quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action Provide hands-on support and training to technicians and shop floor personnel Report weekly on productivity project progress and milestones What You’ll Achieve

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar) 5+ years of experience in a high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment Strong background in automation, manufacturing technology, and process optimization Ability to lead projects from concept through physical implementation Independent, hands-on, and solutions-driven mindset Seniority level
