Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer focused on driving productivity and operational excellence. This role is critical in reducing production costs, streamlining processes, and improving manufacturing efficiency—all while ensuring the highest standards of product quality.
Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Implement and manage automation projects to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
- Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows, facility layout, and space utilization
- Create and maintain clear, up-to-date manufacturing instructions and documentation
- Design and develop tooling and fixtures to support consistent, scalable production
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Identify and resolve production quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action
- Provide hands-on support and training to technicians and shop floor personnel
- Report weekly on productivity project progress and milestones

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in a high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong background in automation, manufacturing technology, and process optimization
- Ability to lead projects from concept through physical implementation
- Independent, hands-on, and solutions-driven mindset
