Join us!The Talent Acquisition Partner will attract, source, and recruit diverse, talent across Signet Jewelers.

This individual will partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to create robust strategies related to proactively sourcing, attracting, interviewing, assessing and recommending potential employees for Support Center roles.

The TA Partner is an advisor, empowered to embrace an inclusive candidate pool for all positions.

Additionally, this position is responsible for partnering with and consulting hiring authorities on all recruiting functions. * Determine recruiting needs for Corporate roles, primarily within Brands and IT departments.

Other departments and areas across the business as needed. * Actively attract and source candidates through the utilization of effective and resourceful active recruiting techniques to maintain an adequate and diverse applicant flow. * Recruit and interview candidates for technical and non- technical areas as needed. * Serve as a Talent Advisor, with the ability to develop positive business relationships and a broad, diverse network with candidates in our talent pipeline and through active sourcing. * Provide a positive candidate and onboarding experience for new team members. * Provide feedback and reports on recruiting efforts via the Signet HRIS system, Workday, along with various Microsoft database reports. * Handle inquiries and phone calls from internal and external customers regarding the recruiting process and status. * Source and attract a diverse pool of candidates across the business. * Screen, schedule, and interview employment candidates and referrals. * Identify recruiting opportunities and new recruiting sources while utilizing cost-effective and active sources. * Create and disseminate/email recruiting materials to candidates and prospective team members. * Work closely with Support Center/Corporate hiring managers to determine & prioritize recruitment and hiring needs. * Ensure all potential candidates receive timely feedback and responses along their candidate journey. * Conduct pre-employment assessment testing & reference discussions for potential hires. * Complete ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly tracking reports. * Assist and/or complete special projects as assigned. * Must be able to work our onsite, hybrid schedule in Akron, Ohio or Irving, Texas. **Desired Experience: *** 7+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates. * Experience creating, operating and building recruitment strategies. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience. * Demonstrated experience in developing, leading, and managing large-scale transformational programs/projects. * Ability to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining best practices with social media recruitment. * Experience creating interesting content and posts (videos, pictures, virtual events) to actively engage with talent. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Exceptional collaboration and multi-tasking experience. * Ability to work autonomously. * Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, while building upon other sites such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook. #J-18808-Ljbffr
