Lead Paid Search on large accounts, delivering strategy and hands-on optimizations with the paid search and channel teams Own Paid Search strategy for multiple accounts Present Paid Search strategy, performance, and tactical priorities to client stakeholders Use storytelling to simplify complex search strategies and present clear, actionable campaign recommendations Partner with cross-channel leads on holistic media planning, forecasting/budgets, testing, tactical plans, and reporting Interpret insights to inform performance changes and optimizations Define roles & responsibilities for client Paid Search teams and delegate work to supporting members Manage pacing across your book of business to ensure campaigns spend toward targets Drive Paid Search strategy, innovation, and testing; develop roadmaps to keep advanced accounts aligned with latest trends Opportunity to manage others (e.g., Account Managers to Associate Directors) Develop advanced SEM skills, multi-channel strategy, and client management in your team, including projections and analytics reporting Deliver feedback, performance reviews, support, and recognition to achieve team goals Serve as a senior sponsor on accounts, developing client relationships and guiding holistic digital strategy Participate in in-person team meetings, events, and client presentations as needed (approx. 1–2 times per quarter) Strong communication and professional presence Collaborate with Google, Bing, and other vendor partners on strategy, goals, testing, opportunities, and account health Contribute to department trainings, POVs, award submissions, and case studies Participate in new business pitches and audits across the Google ecosystem Client & Revenue Oversight

Generate and oversee strong revenue growth from client renewals Participate in onboarding, renewal calls, and other client communications with top Google advertising accounts Develop a detailed understanding of clients’ products, industry, goals, and objectives Analyze performance data and KPIs About You

7+ years of Paid Search experience Passion for Automation and AI Comfort with script adoption and using AI to aid reporting, insights, and presentation visuals Open to testing workflows utilizing AI to optimize output and organize across projects Strong POV on the future of search and the role of AI/automation in SEM/Shopping Experience managing Paid Search budgets of at least $1M monthly ad spend Experience directing strategy for B2B Lead Generation Bonus for multi-line-of-business experience Experience in YouTube, App Campaigns, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and traditional paid search/shopping Advanced slide presentation skills Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills Strong, persuasive communication with clients and teams Ability to work collaboratively across large teams Experience presenting strategy to executives, large teams, and senior audiences (VP+) 3+ years of management with at least two direct reports Experience with bid management platforms (SA360, Skai, Marin, etc.) preferred 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience About Monks Monks is the global, digital brand of S4Capital plc.
