Summary: Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst 3 to support procurement operations. This role will assist the Procurement Lead in managing sourcing activities, vendor onboarding, and financial operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable navigating cross-functional environments to ensure procurement efficiency and compliance.
Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations) is a plus • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous
Key Responsibilities: • Support procurement strategy execution aligned with organizational goals • Manage administrative tasks: document submissions, PO creation, approvals, and tracking • Reconcile invoices and verify vendor bank authorization documents • Liaise with internal departments (Finance, IT, Legal) and vendors for onboarding and compliance • Assist in contract negotiations and ensure adherence to company standards • Contribute to ad-hoc projects including audits and process improvements • Collaborate with teams to understand procurement needs and deliver tailored solutions
Must-Have Skills: • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field (recent grads welcome) • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Familiarity with IT/SaaS procurement practices and compliance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with contract management tools and project tracking systems • Proven ability to build strong relationships across departments • Resourceful, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset • Positive attitude and initiative-driven approach
