JOB MISSION: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will create, build, and support global applications for the D365 ERP SCM/Procure To Pay team, helping to drive New Balance to be a Top 3 Global Athletic Brand. This involves developing, planning, and implementing strategic and responsive technical initiatives that support business growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand equity and reputation. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Own and deliver complete features across their entire software lifecycle. Understand feature requirements and translate them into complete design specifications. Collaborate across disciplines to shape the owned features. Write well-designed, high-quality, testable code. Integrate software components into fully functional solutions. Document and maintain software functionality. Comply with project plans and industry standards. Debug and investigate live-site issues to ensure proper availability of the SCM/P2P solution. Contribute to team-wide infrastructure investments. Investigate and prototype new technologies and frameworks. Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and customer focus within the team. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 3-5 years of development experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus. BSc or higher in Computer Science or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant development experience (Object-oriented development, X++, SQL, GitHub, Azure, Azure DevOps). Strong skills across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Solid problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and debug client and server applications. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently. Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
