Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects related to industrial boilers and economizers. This role involves cross-functional coordination among engineering, procurement, production, quality, and client-facing teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage boiler and economizer projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, technical standards, and contractual requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments. Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturability, compliance with ASME codes, and timely execution. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status, technical discussions, and issue resolution. Oversee procurement and supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials and components. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs; proactively identify and mitigate risks. Conduct regular progress meetings with internal stakeholders and clients. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards, including ASME Section I and VIII, NBIC, and client-specific codes. Manage change orders and project scope adjustments, ensuring all impacts are tracked and communicated. Support commissioning, startup, and after-sales service as needed.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment, preferably related to pressure vessels, boilers, or heat recovery systems. Knowledge and experience of ASME Section 1 and ASME Section VIII code as it relates to boilers, economizers, and superheaters Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project and other products, Primavera, or similar). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Formal Technical Education and/or Project management certification is a plus.
