Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting. Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced financial modeling. Experience in healthcare finance or M&A is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
